Prepare for your high school exchange by meeting other exchange students, learning about the culture and practicing Japanese. The Language and Culture Camp is designed to help you get ready for your exchange year in Japan before going to your host family.
What you will learn
Become more comfortable speaking Japanese before meeting your host family and starting high school in Japan. You will:
- Meet “professionals” – former exchange students – to hear about their experiences and ask their advice.
- Take classes from native-speaking teachers who offer advice about Japanese life, culture and current events.
- Learn the basics of and practice the Japanese language
