We have designed the EF Standard English Test (EFSET) to make it easy to test your English online. The test questions cover listening, vocabulary, grammar and reading.

There are two test versions, depending on if your computer has sound capability (speakers or headphones) or not. Please choose a test below.

The EF Standard English Test with listening questions provides the most thorough assessment of your skills. For the most accurate results, try to complete the test within an hour and refrain from using any outside help, such as a dictionary.
